1. Overview
Subscriptions are billed in advance. The default policy is no refund after payment has been processed.
2. Trial Periods
Free trials (where offered) are free for the stated duration. No charge is applied if you cancel before the trial end date. Trial end date is displayed in-app under Settings.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing support@turfmate.app with subject "Cancel Subscription — [Academy Name]". Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Exceptions
We consider refund requests submitted within 7 days of a charge in the following cases:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
- A technical error caused a duplicate charge
- A material service outage substantially preventing normal platform usage affected your academy during that billing period
To request a refund, contact support@turfmate.app within 7 days of the charge with subject "Refund Request" and include your academy name and the relevant transaction details.
5. No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Unused features or plan under-utilisation
- Partial billing periods
- Plan downgrades
6. Pricing Transparency
All prices shown on turfmate.app include applicable taxes. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via app notification or email.
